As for the salor suit, I come up with the "High-school Lum chan" (Bandai, 1/12 scale). To be honest, I started this work exciting "I never permit with the quality!". But when it completed, it was not at a quality I hoped, and that made me re-make the head-part. Somewhere in the making page, you can find a picture with before re-making head.

Since I've produced face in the re-make of the head-part, I think I am now able to produce one just like Lum in original comic.

For the skirt, I have used 0.3mm plastic plate. It was as hard as possible to make into shape, and failed to show soft, smooth surface of skirt. Luckly it is in dark colors, rough does not stand out.

It might be strange that skirt is more waving by wind than hair, but just think that there is a strong wing near the ground.(^^;

I have used hardly (haven't?) this model for long, recently it has lost a knot at the shoelace, or has a crack in paint at face. I have spent half a day to repair it in fall '99. I didn't notice a dirt at shoe till I developed pictures. I'll repair it sometime.
