Introduction

The figure manufacture technique introduced here is the peculiar method which probably does not have a parallel in others in the world that used. This method, applicable to other general modeling not only figures, is realized by unifying the material with plastic - though it is the most fundamental material for modern modeling.
Make a figure of plastic. By ordinary thinking, this is a very serious thing. For example, the case of remodeling with 1/35 scale figure, after deleting the unnecessary portion of the original kit, it is the common knowledge that the insufficient portion is filled by putty. In such way there is no turn of plastic. So I perceived that "plastic melts with heating" -- although everyone understands this fact -- and how enough formation can be performed ... What realized it is the invention of the tool "Heat-Pen" and development of the attachment bits suitable for processing of plastic.
The advantage of high detail reproducibility, higher strength, ease of pause changing, few material loss nearly zero, no worry about contraction, and above all, it's work is no-waiting. I think that my mission is bringing a true revolution to the molding work by these overwhelming performance.
Since the Heat-Pen is going to be commercialization, I can't explain about the details, here I report the Heat-Pen method as the form of modeling article, mainly introduction of the models.

Do you think 1/8 is small?
If it becomes large more than this, the merit of this method may be decrease.

The origin of new technology was 18 years old Making process of old figures (J)
In those days (the 1980s), I used an ordinary soldering iron with slide-trans, and I used it having changed only the bit (tip).
The sizes of works are also small such as 1/20 scale.

If the measurement has decided before making, you doesn't need worries about the proportion later.
But I do pause correction at many times.
